Food or Fuel?
It is our premise that attending meetings should not require the sacrifice of good health or good taste. So, we designed our new Smart Menus to promote overall health and exceptional well-being while satisfying the tired taste buds associated with corporate meetings. Chef Lara Storm used her training as a clinical dietitian and executive chef to develop nutrient dense menu items that are low in fat, trans fats, sodium, and refined sugars, while high in fiber, nutrients, and FLAVOR. We always use "real" ingredients, and when possible only local and organic items as well. All menus are prepared in-house, with most items prepared completely from scratch. Of course, all Smart Menu items can be mixed and matched with our traditional menus so everyone in attendance can be fully accommodated.
